Sundays are for baking: The cup(s)cake!

Happy Sunday, friends!

Today I want to share a recipe on an easy and delicious milkfree cake. You won’t even need measuring cups at all! 🙂

For this cake you’ll need:

3 1/2 cup (and I am talking about the cups you drink your coffee or tea from!) flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup mineral water (you might as well use soda or any other sparkling drink)
1 package baking powder
4 eggs
optional: cocoa, any fruit you can imagine

Now, mix up all the ingredients and put the dough onto the baking sheet. Add the fruit and bake at 180 °C for 30 – 50 minutes. Please check if your cake is already dry enough to avoid having it burnt ^^

You could also – like I did – fill half of the dough onto the baking sheet, mix the other half with cocoa and then create a kind of marble structure 🙂 So much fun!

Ooooh, and don’t forget to add some melted chocolate to your cake. Makes every cake even better!
